Graduation Boy

Mr. Grady graduated from high school yesterday!!!
It seems crazy, but he is such a great, smart, and handsome kid.
I am so proud of him, and the man he has become.

-Birthdays:

Grady turned 18! Yes I know! SO SAD!!! We had a big surprise party for him at the 'Sandlot' [base/softball training facility] thhe kids ate, and played dodgeball!! I think Grady was really surprised. Happy Birthday Bud!! We love ya! :D

Kaci turned 13!! She's in those crazy teenage years now!!:0 She had a good birthday! We took her to Costa Vida, and had a 'mini party' with a few friends...but, Happy Birthday Sis!! We love ya!

-Colorado:
The kids had a 4 day weekend on October 7th-10th, so we left on the 6th and went for a lloonngg car ride to see little Deja!![and her parents!] We were able to take Grady's girlfriend, Taigen with us! She is such a cute and fun..so the car rides and trip was funner!! We did plenty of fun things! One of which...OLIVE GARDEN!!! We celebrated Greg's [Sept. 27th] and Grady's [Oct. 14th] birthdays! We had such a blast! Thanks Chase, Dani, & Deja!!:D

-Halloween:

Kaci and Brody dressed up for the ward party...Brody a Football Player, and Kaci a 'Hallween version of "Cindy Lou Who"'[from the Grinch Stole Christmas]. The hair tied it all together!! :D Then Grady and Tammy took Brody around, and Kaci went with her friends, Sierra and Summer..who were dressed as The Madhatter and 80's Rocker Chic. :D

Busy Summer!

Yes..our summer is very busy{once again!}! I am sure many of you know that with 2 boys it is sports..sports..sports!!!!:) Grady has baseball games twice if not three times a week! {By the way..anyone interested in a season pass to watch all home games for the Razorbacks, Rebels, and Rebels AA..can contact us..or Grads for a pass for $20.} Brody is now in Tee Ball! His team..orange crush..is pretty good! He loves his coaches..Alison and Alisha! :) Kaci just finished with dance..and is now teaching dance!!! She also keeps busy with babysitting! My sister, Ruthie, and I are hosting the 4th of July this year {for the Traveller Family}..which is being held at our house...so we are trying to get ready for that, along with the wedding. Court and Jase are getting married on the 13th of August..and Court gets home the first week in July, which only leaves her 6 weeks to get ready for the big day! But thanks to the help of her lovely sister, Dani, they have gotten a lot done! This lets you know how busy our summer is, so if I don't post, you know why!!!

Little Deja Chayce Kidd is one cute little girl! Everyone who sees/meets her, falls in love with her eyes, chunky legs, big tummy, and her cute personality. We love it when she makes little noises, when she kicks her legs, and when she sleeps (because she looks so darn cute!) Her mom says she is a TV junkie, because she is already watching: Mickey Mouse Clubhouse and Dora! :) She is a very spoiled girl, with both sides of the family plus friends bringing/buying her clothes, toys, and bows/flowers! I often call her: Dej, Baby Vu, Deja-vu, Sissy, Sister, Princess, Baby Girl, Chunkers, Chugga-Lugga, Chunky Monkey, Missy, Magoo, and probably more! :) She is just a perfect baby who rarely cries! (Chase and Dani are quite lucky!:) Thanks again Chase, Dani, Deja, and Teva for letting us party at your house for the weekend plus some other days! :)
Deja loves the camera! Which is a very good thing because she is so cute so we are snapping so many pictures of this beauty! :)
Deja loves me, her aunt Kaci, and I loves little Deja! I am so cute with her and make funny/scary noises...sometimes Deja doesn't know what to expect!!Tummy Time! She looked so darling that day...so of course we took a few pictures! Actually it was more like 45 billion pictures!!!!
Deja loves her mommy! She gets very happy when she sees mom! Most of the time it means ya...now I can eat! But 95% of the time I am almost positive that its just because she loves her mom, and her mom is a cutie! :)

Cute cousin Riley is on his mission in El Salvador. He had an older lady make Deja a hat, bib, and booties! Here she is just modeling them so perfectly! You can't find them cuter than this! :)Let me tell you...her smiles are the best! They are so so so stinking cute! She is definitely my little sunshine! :)Here is a picture to document that she is a TV junkie! Sitting here, all nestled in with Dad! How cute! :)

-So Brody had a great birthday...turned five, got and electric scooter, toys, and spankins!

Too fast

August and the first few days of Sept. seem to be going by too fast! My family was just here for the big Pocatello Marathon......

Cache-Kennedy-Cooper-Kaci(I) ran the 5k!!!!! Cache and Coop(too fast) they ran the whole way and didn't even stop for drinks or nothing! Kennedy walked some (same with me) but her calves were tightening up she said......then I was outta shape! he he he :] I was so flipping sore! :( but its okay next year I am training for the 10k (along with Cache-Coop-and Ken!)
We had a lot of fun!
*CONGRATS TO DANI! WE ARE SO EXCITED FOR YOU TO HAVE A BABY GIRL! :] I AM IN THE MIDDLE OF MAKING HER SOMETHING(BUT I CAN'T TELL YOU WHAT IT IS CAUSE DANI WILL KNOW AND I'LL BE A LIL TICKED!!! JK!!!! :]

Dani is expecting!!! The baby will be due December 30! I can't believe I will be a 12 year old aunt! Auntie Kaci is what my niece/nephew will call me! (She doesn't know what she is having yet!)

Millward Mile

Since Dani was staying with us for a couple of days we went on a walk. We went down to the Sno-Cone Shack to get us refreshing treats! Then we headed over to Millward Mile. Dani got a new dog, Teva, a Weimaraner, so we wanted to talk her and Roxy. But poor Teva got blisters on her two hind paws. (I thought I knew where I was going and so we went all the way down this long, long, long, trail and we came to a dead end...so I think I caused Teva's blisters! But they are all better now!)

4th of July

For the fourth we went down to Twin Falls. So on Friday night we went to Grandma and Grandpa Traveller's house for J-Dogs! (hot dogs but with different things on it like macaroni) Then we headed over to Tony and Jodi's house to celebrate Grandma and Grandpa's 50th wedding anniversary! All of the families went up and shared a favorite memory about Grandma and Grandpa. My Mom's was...on her birthday when she lived in Provo her parents drove really early in the morning all the way down to Provo for her, and to celebrate her birthday. Mine was...the 4th of July water fight. Dani and Courtney's was when we went to New York, my grandparents navigated the streets like native New Yorkers! I can't remember Grady's or my Dad's! And Brody's was when we stayed with Grandma and Grandpa, Grandpa and Brody would wake up early in the morning to go and watch the squirrels run up and down the telephone poles! Then on the 4th a lot of the older kids, filled up water balloons for the fight! At 10 we started our 4th of July parade! We went down Mike and Brenda's street then back up! After the parade the Olympics began! Every 4th we do a Traveller Family 4th of July Olympics. Each family competes against each other. We do Family Cheers, Frisbee Golf, basketball shoot, Water Balloon Slingshot, Races(crab walk, crawl, gunny sack, frog leap, karaoke)(football practice run). We had blow up toys (water slide, surfing water slide thing). Then we did our annual water fight! WE GOT SOAKED! STINKING ZACH DUMPED 6 HUGE BUCKETS OF WATER ON ME! Then we ended the night with awards, ice cream cake, and a firework show! Thanks Grandma, Grandpa, Brenda, and Big Jodi for such a fun day! I bet your wondering who won? THE MAY MULISHA! They include, Jeff, Little Jodi, Jackson, and Baby Luci but she hasn't arrived yet!!:) But poor Riley, he got 'tickled to death' by Brods!:)

My Mom took Brody to our neighbor, Bart, who is a physical therapist, to see if something was really wrong with Brody's ankle. He did a little bit and said he should see a doctor. So this morning my Mom took Brody to Chris. Chris did and x-ray then sent him to the imaging center down the road to get another x-ray and get the results fast. So they took his x-ray and came out and told my Mom, "He is one tough kid" BRODY BROKE HIS LEG!! Can you believe a four year old breaking his leg? So sad.... :( :(

He broke it in two spots. The bone that goes straight down your leg is the bone he broke. Now he has a cast that starts at his toes and goes past his knee(sorta to his thigh)

Chris told us to keep it elevated. He has to have it for four weeks, then he goes back July 21st to get a smaller one. He has it for most of the summer!!! :( He can't go swimming...so good-bye pool! Hopefully he will want to walk with his crutches...or army crawl!

Poor Brody :(

Cripple

So Brody is cripple. Friday night he was riding around on his scooter...(trying to do a pop-a-wheelie) and he was wearing his 'new' baseball cleats...and twisted/spranged his ankle! :( Poor little boy. Now he has made a nest on my parents bed. My Dad bought him crutches...so when he gets the hang of it I will post pictures!!! :) We hope he will be up and at em by next week!!! :)

Lagoon

We went to Lagoon for Courtney's clogging competition. Her boyfriend, Jason, was able to come with us. Grady missed out...he was in Boise for baseball. It was Brody's first time EVER, and he wasn't so thrilled when we had to leave!!!! :) We had a lot of fun.................

Spring Break

Spring Break-

Our Spring Break was a blast!! Here is our week, with our fun pictures!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Monday- Well to start our Spring Break we woke up to 4-5 inches of SNOW!! This is more like Winter Break!!!
This picture is of my cousin Shelby who came and got her hair permed during Twin Falls' Spring Break.

Tuesday- We woke up and had some wind.....but it DID NOT snow over night so YA!! II had a doctor appointment with Dr. Borgholthaus at the Shopko Eye care Center and came home with contacts in!!! I love them to death and it will be extremely nice for dance, basketball, and so on. Then that night I babysat Maycee Michaelson. She is so cute and loves me!

Wednesday- Had a good Bevan Pancake breakfast, then we went straight to work! It was my friend, Andrea's 11th birthday so my Mom told me if I wanted to go to Craigo's and have a sleep-over I needed to work all morning!!! I cleaned and wiped cupboards out! Brody helped clean drawers. Thanks to them she can cook in her kitchen!!

Thursday- Had another good Bevan Pancake breakfast that Brody, Andrea, and I made! YUM! The Brodster had a good nap, and then we were headed for Twin! We got to twin that night and Grandma and Grandpa and Coca Krispie Rice Krispie treats for the grandkids! All the cousins came over for dinner which was fun to see most of them! My cousin, Riley, has a band, and they were playing in the Battle Of The Bands so instead of staying at the house I went with my Aunt and cousins to watch him! He got 3rd place and won $75.00! His band name was Captain Geech and The Shrimp Shack Shooters! Interesting name eh? But they got voted best band name!

Friday-We left Twin at about 11:00 ish and headed to Boise. My Dad was there for meetings all week so we met up with him at Grady's baseball game. He was playing for Varsity this time, along with Braxton and Ty. After the game was over we headed to Chuck E Cheese's! Brody has always seen the commercials and is always asking, "Mom can we go to Chuck E Cheese's please!" We had a lot of fun and it was a fun break before the next game! -posted by kaci-

Kaci is 11 years old. She loves to dance, play basketball, and ski. She's quite the performer and is pretty good at keeping us all entertained. We love Kaci!

Brody is our little 4 year old! He loves motorcycles, noisy exhausts, and kick stands on the motorcycles! Typical little boy! He also loves to SKI! Yup, Greg started him skiing this year......he does so well....and he always says, " I did a back flip and a 3 60!" WE LOVE YOU BRODY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Happy New Years! Hope you all had a wonderful night! We went down to my Mom's in Twin Falls. Kaci and Brody loved being with all of there cousins! We all stayed up til midnight! My sister-in-law, Jodi did activities for the kids every hour! It was great. We blew up balloons, put confetti in them, then poped them.......boy was it a mess. It was fun to be with family even though Greg, Grady, Courtney,Dani, and Chase were not with us! Dani and Chase went to Declo to be with Chase's family. Grady had basketball practice at 6:00 (on New Years Eve!) and Greg stayed back with him. Courtney just wanted to be with friends, and her boyfriend, Jason.

We finally got my blog going again! Dani is 21....Courtney is 19 (almost 20)!.......Grady is 16(almost a licsened driver)!......Kaci is 11.......and Brody is my little 4 year old! WOW! Kids grow up fast!
